Office Admin & Legal - Waterloo

MaxSys is looking to fill an Office Admin position in the Kitchener area.
 
You will be responsible for performing administrative duties such as: filing paperwork, taking inventory, processing orders and payment for supplies, keeping up to date records on office policies and procedures, maintaining a clean organized space.
 
 
Accounts receivables duties may be required on occasion.
Qualifications include the following: 12 months previous experience in similar role – Good interpersonal skills-confident-ability to multi task.
