MaxSys Staffing and Consulting is hiring office workers, with experience in payroll- for the Halifax area. These workers will be responsible for performing administrative duties such as: filing paperwork, taking inventory, processing orders and payment for supplies, keeping up to date records on office policies and procedures, maintaining a clean organized space and some payroll. Please note that proficient knowledge of basic computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite is an asset. Accounts receivables duties may be required on occasion. 

Qualifications include the following: 12 months previous experience in similar role
– High School diploma
– Good interpersonal skills
