TOP SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
– 1 – 2 years relevant work experience
– Intermediate to advanced excel – pivot tables, v-look ups
 
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
– Previous FI experience
– Experience in a business management function
– Experience with Clarity
– Previous experience with on boarding/off boarding

EDUCATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
– Post secondary education in commerce, finance, business or related field.
 
TRAINING
Training will be provided on the job, continuously

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
-Onboarding/offboarding activities for new resources
-Handling end-to-end contract process
-Managing contract extensions
-Working with client’s  software ‘Clarity’ to review contract start date and end date
-Will run exception list for errors in profile
-Will be working with the managers and other departments to figure out what needs to be fixed and make the appropriate amendments
Additional Duties that may be asked of them:
-Contract management – review contract for correct dates, verify vendor signatures, upload contracts to system for the contract management team, filing of contracts
-May have to answer questions from finance team regarding invoice
-May need to investigate and work with other teams to locate/correct the issue
-Scanning, uploading documents to share point
