MaxSys is currently looking for a Procurement, Intermediate for our Federal Client.
Secondary school diploma is required
Must clearly demonstrate 2 years experience within the past 5 years performing supply chain related transactions within the Inventory Management module of SAP.
Must clearly demonstrate 3 years experience within the past 7 years Using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Inventory Management Adjustment activities include verification that the proper justification and authorization is received for the adjustment
Recording inventory adjustments and submitting associated reports to the appropriate material management authority
Arranging for the shipping and receiving of repair parts and other inventory to a contractors facilities, filling out associated waybills and manifests, and tracking or tracing shipments.
Conduct periodic physical verification of the quantity, condition and location of inventory items and documentation.
Performing Inventory Management using the Inventory Management module of SAP
Launching queries and hasteners using SAP
Expediting supply chain issues and situation
Security Clearance: Enhanced Level
