MaxSys is currently looking for a Procurement, Intermediate for our Federal Client.
Qualifications:
 
Education:
• Secondary school diploma is required
Experience:
• Must clearly demonstrate 2 years’ experience within the past 5 years performing supply chain related transactions within the Inventory Management module of SAP.
• Must clearly demonstrate 3 years’ experience within the past 7 years Using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Duties:
• Inventory Management Adjustment activities include verification that the proper justification and authorization is received for the adjustment
• Recording inventory adjustments and submitting associated reports to the appropriate material management authority
• Arranging for the shipping and receiving of repair parts and other inventory to a contractor’s facilities, filling out associated waybills and manifests, and tracking or tracing shipments.
• Conduct periodic physical verification of the quantity, condition and location of inventory items and documentation.
• Performing Inventory Management using the Inventory Management module of SAP
• Launching queries and hasteners using SAP
• Expediting supply chain issues and situation

Security Clearance: Enhanced Level
