MaxSys is currently looking for a Program Admin, Junior for our Federal Client.
• Secondary school diploma is required
Mandatory Experience:
• Background or interest in Occupational Health and Safety 
• Familiarity with MS Office preferably MS Office  and Excel;  MS Access would be a plus
• Professional, punctual and reliable
• Excel at program coordination
• Ability to take meeting minutes
• Ability to prioritize workload
• Strong client service skills
• Goal/task oriented
Duties of the Resource:
Under the direction of the National Hazard Prevention Program (HPP) Lead, the HPP Coordinator will contribute to the overall coordination of the program and be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of a hazard library and the development of draft job aids.
1-      Hazard Prevention Program Coordination 
–       Correspond with internal and external clients
–       Set-up meetings and conference calls as needed
–       Ensure HPP training entries are uploaded into Training Database
–       Gather quarterly reporting data from clients
–       Ensure translation of key documents
–       Experience with Excel and MS Database (preferred)
2-     Establish Hazard Library 
–       Build spreadsheet or database to house  Hazard Library
–       Edit for consistent use of hazard prevention terminology
–       Entry vetting and collection from RCs
–       Build reports based on hazard trends and # of affected employees
Language: Bilingual – Intermediate (Asset)
Security Clearance: Secret Level
