• Coded – Refining the branch operations model to better serve their customers and will have some pilots. There will be a national launch later on as well.


• This team is independent yet collaborative. They do lunches and events together as a team as well. This is a very fast-paced environment and often work within tight deadlines.

Daily Responsibilities (same as PM role but this is on a much larger scale and more moving parts):

• Accountable party for defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering assigned projects, including all business, operational and IT deliverables
• Within the context of the assigned project, responsible for building and sustaining the day-to-day relationships and communications (including project briefings) with stakeholders at various levels of the organization, including executive level, as well as other internal and external resources. 
• Ensures the mechanisms of change management (plans , processes, tools) are in place and effectively executed
• Ensures project issues and risks are identified, quantified, managed and tracked.
• Manages and/or validates financial forecasts and provides on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures
• Defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
• Provides Accountable Executive with continued insight in the viability of the business case (e.g. costs, benefits, KPIs) as the project progresses

Must Have Skills:

• 10+ years of Project Management experience (on the business side, this is important. However, they will be working with technology on this project)- with 3-5 years of that at the Director level.
• Experience dealing with multiple work streams such as legal and compliance
• Proven track record in effectively coordinating business change management activities
• Strong planning skills (MS Project, resources, meeting coordination)
• Excellent Communication Skills (verbal & written)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in the Financial Industry*
• Experience in project where process reengineering is a focus – especially when the focus is to help better serve customers
