Office Admin & Legal - Ottawa

MaxSys is currently looking for a Project Administrator, Senior for our Federal Client.
Qualifications:
 
Education:
• Secondary school diploma is required
• Certificate, diploma or degree in Project Administration or a related field from a recognized post-secondary institution, or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience is required
Experience:
• Minimum of three (3) years of project administration is required.
Assets:
• Experience working for the GoC would be considered an asset.
• Experience in Sharepoint, GC Connex, and/or GC Collab would be considered an asset.
Duties:
• Create, maintain and monitor plans and schedules for transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate program / initiative activities and monitor interdependencies.
• Schedule and organize meetings/events, document and follow-up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Create presentations and communications artefacts for management and for stakeholders.
• Support document/information management including the management of collaboration tools (eg GC Collab / DocZone, etc).
• Keep all members of the team up-to-date with relevant program/project information.
• Help build positive relations within the team, including internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks and opportunities across transformation initiatives.
• Produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
Language: Bilingual – Intermediate (Asset)
Security Clearance: Enhanced Level
