RESPONSIBILITIES

– The candidate will over a 4-6 week period implement the PeopleSoft Canadian Payroll ROE process at the Client location, including:

1. Assess our current state, including all data and configuration and have a strong understanding of the associated records and processes

2. Configure the PeopleSoft HRMS system to use the delivered ROE process both single and multiple in batch

3. Analyze delivered functionality relative to gaps in requirements and design any necessary customizations

4. Fully implement this functionality with the help of the client’s system’s developers, including converting existing external data maintained in Payroll with HRDC

 
– They must be able to work independently leading the project with our developers and business partners

 
– Responsible for knowledge transfer to our Payroll Business Analyst and our training lead

 
– Creating a design specification for an ROE integration with HRDC
 
REQUIREMENT

– Candidate should have Canadian Public Sector work experience, and experience with institutions that support multiple wage loss plans, pay frequencies and job records.
