Office Admin & Legal - Halifax

MaxSys Staffing and Consulting is looking for a Receptionist based in the Halifax/Dartmouth area.
 
MAIN TASKS:
answer telephone, screen and direct calls,
greet customers and visitors to the reception
receive and sort mail and deliveries
To ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
Receive and send shipments by courier
Prepare and send postal mail
Update and distribute the list of internal telephone extensions
 
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have 3-6 months experience in administration
Previous experience working for a company specializing in building products, construction, transportation or manufacturing.
Knowledge of Office suite 2010
