Customer Service - Halifax

?MAIN TASKS:
? answer telephone, screen and direct calls, 
? greet customers and visitors to the reception
? receive and sort mail and deliveries
? To ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area 
? Receive and send shipments by courier
? Prepare and send postal mail
? Update and distribute the list of internal telephone extensions 
 
REQUIREMENTS:
? Must have 3-6 months experience in administration
? Previous experience working for a company specializing in building products, construction, transportation or manufacturing.
? Knowledge of Office suite 2010
