MaxSys is currently looking for a Records Management, Advanced for our Federal Client.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE RESOURCE:
• Must clearly demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience providing records management services within the last 10 years
• Must clearly demonstrate a minimum of one (1) year of experience providing records management experience to a federal government organization or crown corporation
• Successful completion of secondary school diploma.
• Asset criteria: Certificate, diploma, or degree in a relevant field from a recognized post-secondary institution or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience may be required
 
DUTIES OF THE RESOURCE:
• Providing guidance and training to staff in the delivery of records management functions, such as scanning paper records
• Assist client organization transition from a paper based to digital records management environment
• Organizing work and resolving problems
• Executing the processes for efficient records management
• Researching internal and external sources of information to resolve problems
• Applying sampling and quality control guidelines to monitor work performance
• Developing internal service delivery methods, tracking or reporting tools and monitoring their implementation for consistency and maintaining data base integrity
• Developing, maintaining and updating systems and procedures
