MaxSys is currently looking for a Records Management Clerk, Intermediate for our Federal Client.
Qualifications:
 
Education:
 
• Secondary school diploma is required
 
Experience:
 
• Must clearly demonstrate 1 years’ experience within the past 1 years of sorting and preparing material that is to be filed.
• Must clearly demonstrate 1 years’ experience within the past 1 years of ensuring adherence to policies and strategies using records management systems
• Must clearly demonstrate 1 years’ experience within the past 1 years of using an electronic filing system such as GCDocs and RDIMS
 
Duties:
 
• Preparing physical documents for electronic filing
• Sorting material that is to be filed according to particular filing systems
• Reporting any records management issues to the supervisor
• Processing documents through high powered scanners
• Creating files for folders when necessary
• Lifting boxes up to 30 – 50 lbs
• Transcription of information into spreadsheets
• Perform Quality Assurance checks on digitized documents

Security Clearance: Enhanced Level
