MaxSys is currently looking for a Recruiter for the Government Division.
Summary: The Recruiter supports marketing/sales efforts, assists in the identification of requirements for temporary placement of candidates. The employee recruits individuals to fill those placements and then supports the management of the contracts.
Secondary school diploma is required
University degree or diploma an asset
Previous experience in marketing, sales
Effective communication skills
Customer Service Training
Ability to proficiently use MS Office Suite programs
Identify new opportunities for placements
Recruit Individuals to potentially fill requirements
To effectively and positively manage the relationship with both clients and candidates
Support the Branchs Sales Cycle
Management of Incoming resumes
Complete 10 or more candidate interviews per week
Do reference checks on interviewed candidates and undertake Lead Generation
Identify qualified consultants through recruiting and interviewing activities to create an inventory sufficient to meet current and future requirements
Assist with filling open requirements
Keep an active availability list at all times
Keep CRM up to date with applicant information
Handle all contract employees human resources issues
Contract negotiation with clients, employees and consultants
Account management as required
Assist with Bid Response documents
Working Conditions: The working environment is an open office setting, requiring normal periods of sitting and standing. The THS recruiter will work with the BRU team and assist the Staffing Division Associates when needed.
