MaxSys Staffing is currently seeking experienced Administrative Assistants in the Halifax area to complete short term and long term contracts.
 
Requirements:
1+ years in an administrative
Experience in customer service is essential
Ability to work well under pressure
Microsoft Office experience
 
Job duties will include, but are not limited to:
Inbound and outbound calls
Invoicing
Data entry (numerical and alphabetical)
Filing (electronic and hard copy)
Process and intake daily mail
Scheduling, planning and coordinating
