Customer Service - Toronto

GROUP/PROJECT INFO:
This is the support team for credit card investigations based on emails or faxes. Then the responsibility is to apply payments to accounts or refund payments to customers or customers or financial institutions/returning any rejected payments.
 
TOP SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
– 1 – 3 years relevant work experience processing/investigation
– Experience with MS Office
– intermediate or advanced excel skills
– pivot tables, formulas, etc.
 
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
– Experience in banking systems
– TYSYS, NCCS
– Previous exposure working with financial institutions
– Case investigation is a very added bonus
 
SOFT SKILLS:
– Excellent written communication skills
– A good team player
– Keen attention to detail
 
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
** Investigation of cases for refunds
– Expectation that they will be doing 10-15 cases/day
– Escalate issues where needed
– Email correspondence as required
– Access the reports that reflect credit card payment investigations
– Ad hoc tasks as required
 
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
– Highschool diploma is mandatory
– College diploma is preferred
