Customer Service - Toronto

Summary: The Servicing Analyst- Senior will be responsible for opening and maintaining Smartfolio/Investor Line account for clients and adhering to regulatory requirements. We also process training of assets to and from Smartfolio/ Investor Line.
Fulfill routine and frequently non-routine transactions, internal business partner and/or external customer inquiries/ requests, and/or audit/ reconciliation activities, and solve more complex issues efficiently and effectively in accordance with Bank and industry standard.
 
Group/Culture: This is a very large team spread.The team has a great mix of FTE and contractors (upwards of 60+ contractors). This team is very unique, tight knit and like one big family. The expectation for joining this team is full flexibility. The leaders expect an all-hands-on-deck approach whenever asked to assist. Contractors, FTE, and leaders themselves may be asked to move locations, roles, or departments whenever the need arises. This may be for a few days, weeks or permanently. Some roles contain a weight lifting and manual requirement, team members must be open to stepping in wherever needed. Team members must also be flexible to work OT (late nights and possibly some weekends during higher volume seasons). The leaders will try their best to prepare the team for any changes to their roles, locations, and hours but there are times when the team is in a bind and the staff must be able to jump in and help where needed. The leaders will also readjust workers to different teams as they see fit, they try their best to extend/convert as many contractors as possible and sometimes this means moving locations and roles. This is a very supportive and collaborative team and they truly work together closely to achieve their end goal of customer satisfaction.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma, College/ university preferred. or equivalent. 2-3 years related experience required.
