MaxSys is currently looking for a Store Services Senior for our Federal Client.
MANDATORY CRITERIA (resource must have the following)

* Proof of certificate required
** Three years of recent experience
• High School Diploma. *
• Valid Class G driver’s license in good standing. *
• Certified up-to-date Class 5 counterbalanced forklift operator with LPG Cylinder removal and replacement certification * certificate in Forklift Operators Safety as supplied by an accredited training company.
• Certified overhead crane operator with an up-to-date IAPA or equivalent certificate * in Cranes, Hoist and Rigging Safety Course.
• Certified MOL Working at Heights with up-to-date valid certificate * with the knowledge required to prevent fall related accidents and to safely work at heights where fall protection is required. **
• Certified to operate aerial manlifts and elevated work platforms with an up-to-date IAPA or equivalent certificate * as supplied by an accredited training company.
• Experience in operating lift trucks and forklifts in warehouses, loading docks, and outside areas. **
• Experience in operating overhead cranes, hoists and appropriate use of rigging. ** 
• Experience in operating aerial devices, such as: man lifts, boom lifts and power elevated work platforms. **
• Experience in shipping and receiving, customs documentation, using computer software programs **
• Computer experience: Microsoft – Word, Excel, Outlook, and database software. **
• Experience in operating hand tools, and power tools such as drills, table saws, and skill saws, and carpentry skills for the construction of test support structures and various shipping containers.**
• Experience acquired in warehouse management, barcode scanner, inventory control, database entry and retrieval.
• Knowledge of equipment Life Cycle Management, from the acquisition process, use and maintenance, and disposal processes.
• Knowledge of WHMIS 2015 – GHS, classification and labelling of chemicals for the workplace and working with controlled products and hazardous waste.
• Perform shipping and receiving activities including the preparation of appropriate documentation, i.e., waybills, customs documentation, and various forms and reports.
• Unload/load and relocate large sea containers, shipping containers, packages, and very costly and delicate aerospace equipment and hardware.
• Operate material handling equipment including: pallet trucks, narrow aisle lift trucks, forklifts, and overhead cranes.
• Relocate equipment and hardware throughout the main test laboratory and, to and from remote storage buildings and storage containers.
• Relocate, identify, and label equipment in warehouses and storage facilities and enter data into an inventory database using a barcode scanner and computer, and verify the accuracy of entered and stored data.
• Prepare hard copy and electronic documentation for tracking of equipment, equipment transfers, and disposal of obsolete surplus equipment and controlled products.
• Assist in the development of operational procedures, spreadsheets, forms, etc., on a computer.
• Operate aerial devices in the performance of assigned tasks and work in confined spaces as assigned.
• Maintain Quality System Records and controlled document sets in the David Florida Laboratory’s (DFL) ISO Repository and designated Binder Sets.
• Maintain safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) provided and available to laboratory and client staff such as: Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and emergency Escape Breathing Apparatus.
• Perform safety inspections of work areas and safety equipment.
• Build fixtures, test support structures, and storage and shipping containers.
• Provide technical support to environmental and Radio Frequency tests as assigned. 
• Perform local deliveries and pick-up of test equipment and packages.
• Assist in other general duties as assigned.
