Daily Responsibilities:
        • Provides cost effective first-level IT support by applying known solutions to problems or performing basic research
        • Escalate issues to second level support when the solution is unknown or cannot be found within 20 minutes
        • Resolves 80% of incidents at first point of contact
        • Responsible for the generation of detailed Incident Tickets
        • Supports all hardware and software for designated platforms
        • Supports remote access for home users
        • Works with team to achieve performance goals and increase productivity
        • Would be taking 25-30 calls per day
Must Have Skills:
        • 1-3 years First level Technical support experience in a large Enterprise environment with a focus on customer service
        • Experience with Windows 7 support and troubleshooting
        • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite support and troubleshooting (up to v 2010)
        • Experience with Microsoft Exchange (Outlook) support and troubleshooting
        • Experience supporting Lotus Notes from a database perspective
        • Experience with Remedy (this team uses version 8.1 which is web based) or a similar tool
        • Excellent Communication Skills
Nice to Have Skills:
        • Completion or working towards the appropriate industry accreditation or certification***
        • Financial experience
        • English/French Bilingual
        • Call center experience would be highly desired – this would make for an easy transition into this environment
        • Possesses a university degree/college diploma in Business or Computer Science or equivalent
