Temporary Staffing Recruiter/Dispatcher
Summary: The employee recruits and interviews individuals to fill temporary placements and then supports the management of the contracts.
Recruit and interview individuals to potentially fill different skill set requirements.
Effectively and positively manage the relationship with both clients and candidates.
Management of incoming resumes.
Complete 5 or more candidate interviews per day or 20 per week.
Scan and input all candidate information into CRM.
Conduct reference checks on interviewed candidates.
Identify new opportunities for placements by skill marketing candidates to existing clients.
Generate new business with existing clients.
Conduct client quality control checks every morning to ensure Maxsys employees have reported to their designated site on time.
Assist with the filling of open order requirements.
Keep a daily active availability list for all registered candidates
Previous experience in marketing, customer service and sales
Effective Communication skills
Must be a Team player
Ability to proficiently use MS Office suite programs
University Degree or Diploma an asset
Working Conditions: The working environment is an open office setting, requiring normal periods of sitting and standing. The recruiter will work with Staffing Division Associates.
