Bilingual/ Unilingual Call Center Call Center Operator
Currently looking for a for a CSR individual who has experience working in a call center environment.
Must be mature and able to deal with difficult callers.
Proficient keyboarding skills.
Must be able to work in a structured environment.
Must have prior call center experience (inbound/outbound).
Must have strong attendance record
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
CSR Duties (but not limited to)
Responsible for answering for various types of companies following a client defined script.
Ensures the accuracy of all info taken
Deals with callers in a polite and professional matter. Shows caller interest and empathy
Records client temporary instructions while the client is on the line. Does not hang up with the client until the information is typed and saved.
Respects confidentiality policies.
Directs On Call concerns to the correct person (supervisor, administration)
Answers basic client message inquiries
Performs other duties as required.

Starting Pay: $13.50 per hour
