 Bilingual/ Unilingual Call Center Call Center Operator
Job Description:
Currently looking for a for a CSR individual who has experience working in a call center environment.
Job Requirements
Skills Required
• Must be mature and able to deal with difficult callers.
• Proficient keyboarding skills.
• Must be able to work in a structured environment.
• Must have prior call center experience (inbound/outbound).
• Must have strong attendance record
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
CSR Duties (but not limited to)
• Responsible for answering for various types of companies following a client defined script.
• Ensures the accuracy of all info taken
•  Deals with callers in a polite and professional matter. Shows caller interest and empathy
•  Records client temporary instructions while the client is on the line. Does not hang up with the client until the information is typed and saved.
• Respects confidentiality policies.
• Directs On Call concerns  to the correct person (supervisor, administration)
• Answers basic client message inquiries
• Performs other duties as required.
• Does data entry for specific clients (as requested by the
Shift Supervisor).

Salary
Starting Pay: $13.50 per hour
