Customer Service - Toronto

?DAILY DUTIES:

-Reviewing and rectifying ATM deposit errors within 24 hours of receiving reporting
-Must clear discrepancies
-Manage service requests
-May need to address chargeback
-May need to connect with partners to adjudicate discrepancies

MUST-HAVES:

-Attention to detail
– 2+ years of previous customer service experience
– Solid command of both the English and French language
-Previous experience with MS Excel

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

-Previous FI experience (Experience in any FI role will suffice)

EDUCATION:
High School mandatory/Post-Secondary an asset
