You are motivated by teamwork, are passionate about Inventories. The holder of this position will perform all functions relating to the receipt and storage of factory source parts, accessories and related material.
You will be located in Richmond, British Colombia.
Your challenges will be to:
Receive incoming orders, check for damaged or missing components of shipments. Receives documents and stores inbound shipments from factory in a timely and efficient manner;
Put parts into inventory location. Retrieve back-ordered items from inbound shipments. Identifies back-orders from customers and processes to back-order by packaging, invoicing and shipping;
Processes customer orders that are part of incoming stock orders and advises appropriate parts specialist. Assists with inventory administration. Monitors and adjusts inventory levels as necessary;
Maintains a clean work area and environment. Participates in job-related training exercises when appropriate or necessary;
Ensures forklift is in good operating order. Assists employees in other job areas when necessary;
Participate in Operational Development team activities;
Various other tasks as assigned by Parts and Branch Managers.
You must have the following qualifications:
2 years of relevant warehouse experience;
High School diploma or equivalent;
Forklift operation experience would be a good plus;
Good physical condition;
Knowledge about SAP software would be a plus;
Able to be mobile through the warehouse and parts department.
