MaxSys is currently looking for a Writer, Senior for our Federal Client.
Qualifications:
 
Education:
 
• Secondary school diploma is required
• Certificate, diploma or degree in English, writing, literature, journalism or other related field from a recognized post-secondary institution
 
Experience:
 
• Minimum of five years of experience writing government documents for public distribution
• Experience working on public health-related projects
 
Duties, but not limited to:
 
• Review background/historical documents (to be provided);
• Revise/rewrite the action plan to reflect the historical context and evolution of the Government of Canada’s approach in addressing STBBI (including how the action plan aligns with the Pan-Canadian STBBI Framework for Action);
• Revise/rewrite the actions that have been identified by a number of Government of Canada departments/agencies to ensure consistency and clarity;
• Share a draft of the revised action plan with the project authority for feedback,
• Incorporate any changes necessary
